Location is very good. Bit noisy at night, but close to everything

I couldn’t open the windows, the tv remote didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work well and they have nonstoeage for your luggage. So if you’re arriving at 11 and you can only check in at 3pm, you can’t leave your luggage

Property was close to strip, beach, shops. Nice area

They did not clean our room on the 3rd day as stated by the front desk.

They charged a deposit 100$ for each day and the room was not cleaned for 4 days.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot . The room had good air con . The hotel was close to bars , restaurants and coffee shops .

The room needed modernising it wasn’t the room shown on booking.com

The location was awesome; a lot of restaurants and nightlife near by and the beach is only 3 min walk away. Also the free happy hour got us feeling good every night.

Our room was not serviced at all during our stay. Front desk was often out of towels.

Rooftop pool and garden pool. Pet friendly and bf place. Comfortable. Great location. South beach group classic. Had my 10 year hi school reunion here and that was fun.

They gave me a room that was very musty. Must have been the leftover small dark room that no one wanted and I felt disrespected by that. This isn't my first time there or second or third as booming vip and usually they're pretty good. Another major thing is that I extended my stay and was DND but somehow they found a way to falsely and unbased-ly charge me for consuming $7 bottle of water my fist night, (though they couldn't even get in until afterward, and which I refuted vigorously since I had only come home from work amd my job offers copious amounts of purified water free which I can and do always take with me and had four on hand while staying there) and then another time another $29 or so dollar for miscellaneous non clarified items from the bar, which left me thinking someone on housekeeping was either lying or consuming products when they went in my room and got me charged for it conveniently. I have reached out in person and over the phone and suppsedly two workers have on my behalf through email but no response from anyone. Couldn't find management, and could never get the refund for these false and unsubstantiated charges even after several conversations and false promises. I have stayed at about 10 or so south beach group hotels and multiple times over the last 5 years, and I have reviewed many, but never once have i been charged for minibar consumption or anything taken from my deposit like that . Happy hour was only ever gin and blueberry and lots of lime. Not good. Ordered a blanket at night and it sadly never came Still waiting for my funds to be returned and this to be corrected, esp since I knew the family and worked for them once as well. .

The room was nice and the bed comfy

- It is very humid and it also smells like this. To make matters worse they try to cover it with parfume or something.(the only real complaint I have) - We didn't have toilet paper

I like the fact u didn't had to go far to get what I need..I actually like my stay there it was a comfortable feeling!

I like that the restaurant manager was very understanding, the guest there are very cool. The pool is nice, two restaurants and the beach is 1 minute away. It has Walgreens and an all night liquor store within two blocks and Lincoln Rd. is right around the corner. It's a 10 minute to Lumas Park..

The front desk clerk, she was very rude and the check in process was unorganized. She was fussing with guest who was waiting for three hours to check in. The rooms was available, but would not the guest check made everyone wait until 3, the line was out the door. One lady got a room and the room had poop in it already.

The cleanliness. A cleaning rag was left in my room and I called the concierge to notify them. They said someone would be there shortly but no one ever arrived.

I found the joint machines amusing. And the in-house restaurant was good and no more outrageousl priced than anywhere else locally

Miami beach is amazing.......ly overpriced! But hey, its a holiday resort

Very nice location, i loved the staff and guests were great as well. Price however was too high, room was only moderate and hallways always smelled badly.

Paid a lot of money for a tiny room. Neighbors were loud. Music played until 3 this morning.

Overall a good spot.

At times we had to wait for items like ice, towels and a iron. Seemingly they were short staffed.
